As the third and final installment of director Kim Han-min’s trilogy about about Admiral Yi Sun-shin (Kim Yoon-seok), Noryang: Deadly Sea is finally screening in theaters near you. Luckily, we have you covered on all the ways you can watch this new South Korean action flick!

Taking place toward the end of the Imjin War in 1598, Noryang: Deadly Sea follows Yi Sun-shin’s final naval battle as he works to annihilate his enemies once and for all.

So, where can you watch Noryang: Deadly Sea? Is it on Prime Video? What about Netflix?

Here’s everything we know about the upcoming movie:

As of now, the only way to watch Noryang: Deadly Sea is to head out to a movie theater. You can find a local showing on Fandango. Otherwise, you’ll just have to wait until it becomes available to rent or purchase on digital platforms like Vudu, Apple, YouTube and Amazon.

While a digital release date for Noryang: Deadly Sea has not yet been announced, most movies typically come to digital platforms like Prime Video around 45 days after they’re released in theaters. If Noryang: Deadly Sea follows the same trajectory, we could be watching it from the comfort of our living rooms by early February 2024.

No, Noryang: Deadly Sea will not be on Max since it’s not a Warner Bros. movie. The platform — previously known as HBO Max — also no longer does direct-to-streaming releases. Instead, they’ve implemented a 45-day window between the theatrical release and the Max release.

No, Noryang: Deadly Sea will not be on Netflix — at least not any time soon. While it’s possible the film may come to the streamer at some point in the future, you’ll just have to head out to a movie theater or wait for it to become available on digital platforms in the meantime.
