In honor of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods‘ tenth anniversary, the film will hold a special two-day screening in U.S. theaters. Luckily, we have you covered on all the ways you can watch (or rewatch) this movie!
Taking place after the events of the Dragon Ball Z television series, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods follows the Z-fighters as they face a new threat: the powerful God of Destruction, who awakens from a long slumber with the intention to destroy Earth.
So where can you watch Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods? Is it on Netflix? What about Crunchyroll?
Here’s everything we know about the beloved anime:
Toei Animation will release an Extended Edition cut of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods in theaters on Oct. 17 and Oct. 18. You can purchase tickets to a local showing via Fathom Events. Plus, the movie is currently available to rent or purchase on digital platforms like Vudu, Apple, YouTube or Amazon.
No, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods will not be on Netflix — at least, not any time soon.
While the Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Super and Dragon Ball GT series are all currently streaming on Hulu, there have been no announcements for Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods to join the platform.

Crunchyroll released all of the Dragon Ball Z films on its platform last summer, with the exception of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods. As of now, there have been no announcements about whether the 2013 movie will join the streamer. However, seeing as the other films in the franchise have been added to the library, it might be released on Crunchyroll in the future.
