Demon Slayer Infinity Castle—or Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle – Part 1: Akaza Returns, if you want to be official about it—is a feature film that serves as a direct sequel to the fourth season of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Japanese anime TV series, and is the first movie in a trilogy that will serve as a three-part conclusion to the series. So get excited!
Unlike the recent Demon Slayer movies Swordsmith Village and Hashira Training, Infinity Castle is not a compilation movie, but rather a new story that continues the series, and serves as the beginning of an epic conclusion. It’s now wonder, then, that Infinity Castle became the highest-grossing film of 2025 in Japan when it opened in Japan in July. Now, finally, American audiences will get the chance to watch this highly-anticipated movie on the big screen. Here’s where to watch the Demon Slayer Infinity Castle movie.
For now, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle will only be available to watch in a movie theater, when it opens in select theaters in the U.S. on Friday, September 12. You can find a showing at a movie theater near you via Fandango. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle is not yet available to watch online or on streaming.
The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle not streaming on Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu in the U.S. at this time. Right now, you can only watch the movie in a theater.
That said, you can watch the first season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba on Hulu, and you can watch the full series in both dub and sub on Crunchyroll. You can also watch five seasons of Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc on Netflix.
The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle streaming release date on Hulu and Crunchyroll has not yet been announced. That said, the movie is being released by Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures in North America, so it’s likely you will see the movie streaming on Crunchyroll before it streams anywhere else, and on Hulu and Netflix after that. Crunchyroll is a subscription streaming service that hosts a lot of anime content. Prices range from $7.99–$15.99 a month, and they currently offer a 14-day free trial.
