NextImg:Is ‘Cobweb’ Streaming on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video?

There’s nothing like a mid-summer horror movie to get you excited for spooky season — and Cobweb is just the film to help. Luckily, we have you covered on all the ways you can watch this new flick!

Cobweb follows Peter, an eight-year-old boy who constantly hears tapping from inside his bedroom wall. When his parents — played by Lizzy Caplan and Antony Starr — insist it’s all in his imagination, he worries they could be hiding a dangerous secret.

So, where can you watch Cobweb? Is it on Prime Video? What about Netflix?

Here’s everything we know about the upcoming movie:

As of now, the only way to watch Cobweb is to head out to a movie theater when it releases on Friday, July 21. You can find a local showing on Fandango. Otherwise, you’ll just have to wait until it becomes available to rent or purchase on digital platforms like Vudu, Apple, YouTube and Amazon.

While a digital release date for Cobweb has not yet been announced, we can make an educated guess on when it will be available to rent or buy on platforms like Prime Video based on a previously released Lionsgate movie.

The Blackening, which premiered on June 16, will come to digital platforms on Aug. 15 — about two months after it was released in theaters. If Cobweb follows the same trajectory, we could be watching it from the comfort of our living rooms by late August 2023.

No, Cobweb will not be on Netflix — at least not any time soon. While it’s possible the horror may come to the streamer at some point in the future, you’ll just have to head out to a movie theater or wait for it to become available on digital platforms in the meantime.
