Even if you’re not a fan of award shows, you have to admit that the 2025 Oscars were a chill hang. From Conan O’Brien’s loose, irreverent monologue to former Succession star Kieran Culkin officially becoming the king of acceptance speeches, the Academy Awards were a ton of fun.
Oh, and a bunch of movies won awards!
The big winner of the night was Sean Baker’s sensational dramedy Anora, with the Mikey Madison-led favorite taking home Best Picture, Best Actress (Madison), Best Original Screenplay, Best Film Editing, and Best Director. It was a historic night for Baker as the prolific writer/director became just the second person in Oscars history to win four Oscars in a single night.
The first was Walt Disney, who accomplished the impressive feat 71 years ago at the 1954 Academy Awards.
Anora is the talk of the town. I streamed it over the weekend and can confirm that it exceeds the hype. Is Anora on Netflix or Hulu? Where can you watch this Oscar favorite online? Here’s everything you need to know.
Nope. Unfortunately, Anora isn’t currently streaming on Netflix or Hulu. But it’s coming to Hulu soon! More on that below.
Anora is currently available to rent or buy on Amazon, Vudu, Apple TV, and more. You can rent the movie for $5.99 or purchase the film for $14.99.
Most Neon movies tend to end up on Hulu, including Anora! Thankfully, you won’t have to wait too long to stream Sean Baker’s newest film on the platform. The buzzy Oscar-winner Anora premieres Monday, March 17 on Hulu.
