After Page Six was the first one to exclusively report that there was something brewing between Irina Shayk and Tom Brady back in June, sources close to the model said that the pair were “purely platonic” and “just friends.”

Well, things were more than just friendly when Brady and Shayk were photographed “looking very flirty” last weekend as he picked her up from the Hotel Bel-Air and drove to his Los Angeles home, according to a source.

They emerged the following morning when he dropped her back at the hotel.

Back on June 9, we reported that spies who attended the wedding of Joe Nahmad and Madison Headrick in Europe had told us Shayk, 37, made “a beeline” for Brady, and practically kept her eyes on him throughout the weekend-long celebration.

After our report, Shayk’s manager strenuously denied that account, telling Page Six that it was “totally fictional.”

Sources close to Shayk also said, “‘They’re just friends. They have a purely platonic relationship.”

However, now the pair seems to have gotten closer as another source told Page Six, “This is something new, and at the moment, it’s totally casual.”

A third source further told us on Tuesday of Shayk, “While [she’s definitely] interested in Brady — [who is] rich and good  looking — Irina would have never confessed to chasing him. It’s not her style. She is more the mysterious type.”

Either way, what a difference a few weeks makes! And now there are stories surfacing from sources that it’s Brady, 45, who’s “ecstatic” to be with Shayk. (Way to flip the script.)

Another source told us that Brady has been silent about Shayk, but, “he’s clearly into her … or whatever they’re doing,” based on the video images of the alleged couple together.

Meanwhile, a different insider claimed that “they only talked for a second” back at that wedding.
