NextImg:Inside Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid’s former NYC home now listed for $7.4M

Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid once lived in this prewar Upper East Side apartment during their 10-year marriage.

The 12th-floor, 3,000-square-foot co-op, at 1136 Fifth Ave., is now asking $7.4 million. It was also the childhood home of their son Jack Quaid, 31, who’s now starring in Amazon’s “The Boys.”

Ryan — star of “Sleepless in Seattle,” “You’ve Got Mail” and “When Harry Met Sally…” — bought the snazzy digs with Quaid, of “The Parent Trap,” in 1997 for $3.1 million.

They sold it in 2001, the year they divorced, when Ryan became bicoastal.

In New York, she moved downtown — first to Soho, then to Tribeca’s book-binding factory-turned-A-list condo at 443 Greenwich, while Quaid has since moved to the West Coast.

While Ryan was, in part, blamed for the marriage’s end due to an affair she had once while on set with Russell Crowe — Quaid later admitted he had been often unfaithful and had a hard time with Ryan’s fame, which he felt could overshadow his.

In May, Ryan, 61, made an increasingly rare public appearance in New York to support friend Michael J. Fox’s new documentary, “Still.”

Ryan’s appearance sparked debate among fans, Page Six reported. Some said plastic surgery made her unrecognizable while others were unfazed, noting that we all age and should “get over it.”

The handsome residence features arched doorways, a fireplace, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, and large windows overlooking Central Park and the Reservoir.
