Xavier Worthy might be making his return this weekend.
The Chiefs wide receiver was a full participant in practice on Wednesday, setting him up to return on Sunday against the Ravens, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Worthy has been out since Week 1 after he dislocated his shoulder during Kansas City’s season-opening loss to the Chargers in a collision with tight end Travis Kelce.
The Texas product had tried to give it a go last week when he was a limited participant in practices all week ahead of their Sunday night matchup against the Giants, although he was ruled out in the days leading up to the game.
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said Friday that Worthy looked fast and performed well during the week.

After running into Worthy, Kelce said he “felt like s–t” for the incident.
“I’ll take the most accountability myself,” Kelce said after Week 1 on the “New Heights” podcast with big brother, Jason. “I wasn’t ready for that first drive, I ran into one of my guys and offed him out of the game. I literally took one of my players out. That’s one of the most frustrating parts and it’s hard to get your juices back going knowing you just hurt a guy.

“It’s a frustrating way to start off the season and start off the game. But you can take some good from that second half, but, at the end of the day, we just gotta be able to win up front, be accountable on the back end, and be able to start fast and finish stronger.”
Worthy starred for the Chiefs in his rookie season after being taken with the 28th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, recording 59 catches for 638 yards and six touchdowns — plus three rushing scores.
During Kansas City’s postseason run, Worthy scored three more touchdowns, including two late in the Chiefs’ loss to the Eagles in the Super Bowl.
