Is there such a thing as too tan?

A woman is being accused of blackface and trolled by haters online because of her love for self-tanner.

Savannah Grace, 20, has been using tanning beds for about three years and applies fake tan every night.

“I love tanning and being outside; I tan after workouts, before bed, in the mornings, I love the way I look when I tan,” she told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

The redhead is diligent about using self-tanner to maintain her glow and keep her appearance up to her standards.

She proudly posts photos and videos showing off her bronzed body, but people online insist she put the bottle of fake tan down.

“I try not to read comments as much as possible,” Savannah, a nurse assistant from Georgia, told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

But sometimes the hateful comments become too much. a video she posted on TikTok went viral with over 3 million views, but Grace was forced to turn off the comments after the comments became overwhelming.

“Not black face… with not an ounce of remorse or even an attempt to understand how wrong she is?? Throw the whole human out,” a user had commented.

“For you not to delete the video after being called out for blackface is kinda wild,” another said.

“Girl you are Dorito colored,” someone else had written.

Regardless, Grace doesn’t plan on letting her tan fade anytime soon.

“There have been many negative comments but I do what makes me happy for me either way,” she said.
