A Domino’s delivery driver is stunning the internet with the number of tips — or lack thereof — she receives on the average shift.
Milena Diaz has posted a series of TikTok videos in which she reveals the customer’s total and how much they tipped, leaving 10s of thousand of viewer’s “blown away.”

While the average gratuity for great service in the US is currently 20%, Diaz, who did not reveal where she delivers for privacy reasons, claimed that kind of generosity actually is a rarity.
In a resurfaced TikTok posted in February, Diaz claims that her seventh order on the night totaled $128.37.
“And they tipped me $2,” the cheerful employee claimed.
Although Diaz went on to allege an overwhelming majority of her night’s 23 customers did not tip her at all, viewers credited her for her upbeat, undefeated personality amid such “cheap” compensation.

“Onto the next,” she said after reviewing orders that help back gratuity.
“OK, so I clocked out — I worked from 5 p.m. till midnight. So let’s see how much we make,” Diaz said at the end of one clip.
“I’m gonna count my mileage reimbursement first because I’m gonna start trying to keep that separate so it makes sense to y’all,” she continued, counting up $70 for the reimbursement and claiming she also made $17 in tips on the Domino’s app.

Diaz then counted out her cash tips, bringing her take-home total for the night $109.
She also had a positive outlook on Domino’s incentive program, allegedly encouraging drivers to refer to their customers as their “friends” and take selfies at each stop to receive prizes.
“And as far as the wildcards go, I’ve got 17 wildcards,” Diaz proudly held up a stack of cards. “And don’t forget, we only need 40 to get our iPad. So we need 23 more, and I get two wildcards per selfie that I get with our friends, so really only have to take like 12 more pictures.”

“I think we can knock that out by next weekend, what do y’all think,” she confidently asked the camera.
The Post has contacted Diaz for comment.
Not all TikTok users were as enthused about Diaz’s earnings as she was as many were in disbelief over her “friends'” tipping etiquette.
“$128 and a $2 tip omg i feel like since they had the money to pay for all that they could’ve tipped a little better cause $128 id HAVE to tip 15% at least,” one angry viewer wrote.
“I am blown away at the number of people that do not tip the driver!” another said.

“I’m blown away that people don’t tip and tip so poorly! They need to be tipping 20% everytime or don’t order,” one echoed.
“People are so cheap and yet you’re so gracious about it all. God bless you for that,” another cheered her on. “It’s unfair that they expect you to deliver for free. Sorry.”
“I’ve watched like five of your videos and I can’t believe that these people don’t tip what kind of animals are these,” another said.

“What is your venmo? I will send you a tip for being awesome,” another inquired.
Meanwhile, other restaurant employees have also shared their top-tier tip strategies on TikTok. Many female servers on the platform swear by the “pigtail theory” in which they claim they earn more tips, especially from male customers when their hair is put into two youthful ponytails.
Another Hooters employee also revealed the “light bullying” comedic bits she relies on to make men dig deeper into their wallets.
