An Illinois homeowner has a message for nosy neighbors that are checking out his property near Lake Michigan on Google Maps.
The waterside Lake County home’s roof reads “WATCH PORN — NOT ME!” in large white painted lettering, satellite images published by Kennedy News show.
The text has been on the roof since 2008 and appeared to have recently faded, according to historical Google Maps images.
But the unidentified privacy-obsessed property owner’s stunt has backfired — as some 120,000 people interacted with a Facebook post last week highlighting the cheeky message.
“Near Chicago. Soon it should be a law to have a quote on your roof,” the post, shared by a Google Maps enthusiast, read.
