She manifested her dream life — and now she’s helping others do the same thing.
Nadia Khaled, 24, was forced to change careers after allegedly being fired from her low-paying 9-to-5 for filming a TikTok at work.
The unexpected ouster gave her the push she needed to start her six-figure business, she said.
“Out of nowhere, I got fired from my job for posting a TikTok that I had filmed at work — I had no idea that was coming,” she told the women empowerment platform Shera in a recent YouTube video.
Khaled says she was “depressed” at the time, piling on thousands in debt to complete her master’s degree in clinical therapy. She felt “miserable” at her job as an addiction counselor, admitting that she felt “burnt out all the time.”
“I was somehow still super tight on money, even though I was working 40 hours a week and sometimes a few times a month [doing] an overnight shift at my job,” she explained.
Before getting axed, Khaled was beginning to grow her TikTok presence, where she now boasts over 477,000 followers. Becoming unemployed, she said, was her “sign” to focus on growing her social media following and dive into manifestation coaching full-time.
“I decided to take that as a sign from the universe,” she said. “I was like, ‘You know what, this is my sign that it’s time to go full throttle with the things that I want to do.'”
In just 12 months, Khaled transformed her life of misery to one of excitement as she dove into the mystical world of manifestation and its convergence with neuroscience.
“I started seeing patterns between my belief systems and the experiences that I was attracting and so I had this lightbulb moment,” she said. “My mood was directly correlated to what I was experiencing in my everyday life.”
When she began reciting affirmations and performing manifestation rituals to boost her mood, she realized her mood was improving.
“I started attracting things very intentionally and that’s kind of when I started making TikToks,” she added.
She shared her knowledge with her meager online following, but quickly rose through the ranks and amassed a large audience, prompting her to manifest raking in some cash from TikTok — and it came true.
Khaled took on brand deals and founded her own coaching business to bestow her woo-woo wisdom onto others, which quickly skyrocketed to become a six-figure endeavor.
She claims to have helped one woman manifest and obtain her dream New York City apartment, and claims the key to successful manifestation is to be “delusional,” even if it feels “a little crazy.”
“You can have any life trajectory that you want it just requires you to be delusional at the beginning and assume that just because you can’t see it yet, doesn’t mean it’s not possible,” she explained.
She believes that desiring something means that “you’re supposed to have it,” and that those wants aren’t “unrealistic.”
In fact, she believes everything, no matter how big of a dream, is possible.
“There’s a future version of you at some point in time, there’s a timeline where you have that exact thing and the reason why you want it is because your consciousness is connected to that point in time,” she continued. “So, all you have to do is align yourself with that version of that timeline and that’s how you start to attract the experiences that will get you there.”
She advises clients to “stop worrying about the how” to get there. Instead, “just be open to the possibilities” and follow “your intuition.”
“You have to drop this whole idea or this whole notion that you have to plan out every step yourself,” she said.
“Let the universe work out the hard things for you and just trust that everything is working out. Watch how everything else just falls right into place.”
