She’s a mean one.
A TikTok mom went on a seemingly farcical and not-so-holly-jolly tirade as to why she will discard even the most sentimental of holiday cards during the most wonderful time of the year.
“Don’t send me a Christmas card,” Chanci Studdard implored in her rant, which has been viewed nearly 1 million times.
“I’m going to throw that s–t in the trash,” the wild-haired Grinch declared.
But it didn’t end there.
Studdard pulled out a recent Christmas card sent to her by an acquaintance named Mellisa to prove she practices what she preaches on camera.
“I’m going to look at it and, Melissa, I’m sorry, you didn’t know, I’m just now telling you … I’m about to throw it in the garbage,” she said.
“I can’t have that clutter laying around here — you know what I’m saying.”
In lieu of warm holiday greetings this year, Studdard has a different demand.
“Send me a digital picture. And say, ‘Merry Christmas,’ ” she said before quickly changing her mind. “No, don’t do that either.”
“Don’t worry about it. I’ll see y’all, you know? I’ll see y’all. Don’t send me no card.”
Commenters said bah humbug to Studdard’s staunch practice.
“Don’t be such a Grinch!” one user wrote.
“Major ICK from this for you,” added another.
“Why does this make me want to send you a Christmas card?” asked a third.
However, not everybody was so pro-card.
“I can’t stand seeing the clutter,” commented a fellow TikToker.
“Someone tells the truth about cards!!! I throw them away, too,” wrote an additional supporter.
