There’s snow way he was letting them off the hook.

A boss in Portland, Oregon, went viral on TikTok after one of his employees made a video showing the great lengths he went to ensure his workers wouldn’t be calling out after a snowstorm.

“And i was hoping he would just let the store be closed for the day,” TikToker Amirraa Ruffin, 21, captioned her Sunday video seen 4.4 million times.

She showed herself along with colleagues standing in their snowy workplace parking lot with on-screen text that reads, “When everyone tried to call out but your boss drives and picks each of you up.”

The boss — called “amazing” on TikTok — brought his workers home after work that day, Ruffin said in a comment on the video.

“Not even upset. I just respect the hustle,” Ruffin wrote.

Parts of frozen-over Portland got up to 5 inches of snow last weekend, and temperatures remained below freezing as the work bell rang for these few less-than-enthusiastic employees at Cascade Plaza in the Beaverton area.

Other bosses have tried such maneuvering in the past, but it wasn’t met with the same level of support.

One Redditor in East Tennessee called their boss a “dumba–” two years ago for trying to pick them up during a snowstorm.

Other more dedicated employees, like Madeline Smith, have gone viral for showing the effort they made to dig out their car from a near foot of snow to come into work.

This week, the entire nation felt frigid temperatures coast to coast as New York’s snowless streak of nearly 700 days finally ended Monday into Tuesday.

And in the Portland area, the cold front and subsequent ice storms caused significant power outages.
