What makes a great show great is more than the writing, the acting, and the storyline — in fact, much of it comes from a cast with untouchable chemistry both on and off-screen. Peacock‘s new thriller series Hysteria has all of the above, making it a perfectly entertaining binge just in time for Halloween. How do we know this? Well, DECIDER recently sat down with stars Bruce Campbell and Anna Camp, as well as executive producers Matthew Scott Kane and David A. Goodman to talk about the show — and play a fun game “Who’s Most Likely To (Hysteria Edition).”
With Camp and Campbell playfully ribbing each other’s answers to our questions, we got the feeling they’d be game for a round of “Who’s Most Likely To.” We even learned some interesting stories about the set of Hysteria — including the supernatural activity the cast experienced IRL.
“We did have a black cat that visited a lot of cast members. We all lived in different parts [of Georgia],” Camp said, while Kane noted that he stayed in not one, but two haunted Airbnbs while filming the series.
Kane added, “I’m not really someone who believes in ghosts or the supernatural or anything like that and they were both very haunted.”
Speaking of a separate occasion, Campbell revealed that he once saw what he believed was a UFO.
“I believe in the paranormal because I saw the paranormal,” he said. “I saw what I’m convinced is a UFO, 100%. Suffice it to say I believe that that crap is real. Because I saw something that my own eyes saw and then didn’t see in a very short period of time.”

Meanwhile, Camp said she once “made contact with [herself] in the future” using a Ouija board.
“It did warn me of something in the future — my future self. And then years later something happened with a Ouija board,” she said. “It gives me chills thinking about it.”
