Hulk Hogan’s daughter-in-law honored the wrestling legend Thursday following his shocking death at the age of 71.
In a series of Instagram Stories shared on her page, Tana Lea remembered her famed father-in-law by sharing a pair of snapshots of the WWE icon at her January wedding day to his son, Nick Hogan.
Hogan can be seen smiling next to the newlyweds in one photo taken while pumping his fist in a separate celebratory shot.
Tana also re-posted Nick’s Father’s Day tribute to her page.
“Had a great Father’s Day with the goat! Happy Father’s Day to all the awesome dads!” Nick exclaimed in the June 15 post.
Fans have since flooded Nick’s post to express their condoelences.
“I am so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. He was/is a legend and part of many childhoods. He will be greatly missed,” one user posted.
“My condolences bro ! You had one amazing dad man,” another added.
The WWE confirmed Hogan’s passing on Thursday.
A “cardiac arrest” call was placed and a medic contigent was dispatched to his Clearwater, Fla., residence, according to TMZ.
“WWE is saddened to learn WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away,” the WWE said in a statement Thursday.
“One of pop culture’s most recognizable figures, Hogan helped WWE achieve global recognition in the 1980s. WWE extends its condolences to Hogan’s family, friends, and fans.”
The WWE Hall of Famer shared son Nick and daughter Brooke, 36, with his ex-wife, Linda Hogan.
The couple married in 1983 and Linda filed for divorce in 2007.
Hogan re-married in 2010 to Jennifer McDaniel. He announced their divorce in February 2022.
He married yoga instructor Sky Daily a year later. The couple was baptized just 18 months before Hogan’s death.
