When Hannah Ann Sluss celebrated her post-Italy nuptials to Lions running back Jake Funk on Saturday in Miami, the “Bachelor” alum sought a “fun” aesthetic to compliment the vibe of the reception.
Clad in a short beaded dress from designer Jaxon James, Sluss — who married Funk in an intimate ceremony last month in Tuscany — opted for a “glamorous” look, according to celebrity makeup artist Allison Kaye, who worked with the bride, 27, on the big day.
“We went with her classic ‘simple glam’ makeup look,” Kaye, whose stacked list of clients includes NFL and NHL WAGs, told The Post on Monday.
“Some key elements in the makeup look were using long-lasting products as we did the makeup at 3 p.m. and knew it had to last at least 12 hours!”
Knowing that Sluss “loves a pinky/peach lip combo,” Kaye used several products from Beauty Pie, including a lipstick in the color “Pink Dip,” a lip liner in “Damzel” and a gloss in “Spiced Pink,” to create the desired shade.
“Hannah was so excited all day to have all of her friends around. She was not the least bit nervous,” said Kaye, who used cream eyeshadows, an airbrush foundation and a glowy blush as part of the bride’s stunning reception look.
“While we glammed her up, her friends were around in the room and we were all having such a great time before the reception.”
Sluss and Funk, who announced their engagement in January 2023, celebrated their union with loved ones inside a gorgeous ballroom boasting city views.
“This reception is special because it’s the first time our friends will see us married and wearing our rings,” Sluss previously told People. “We’re excited to share that moment.”
The reception comes shortly before Funk — a 2021 seventh-round pick out of Maryland — reports to training camp in Detroit.
The 26-year-old running back signed with the Lions’ practice squad in January following brief stints with the Dolphins and Ravens during the 2023 season.
Funk began his career with the Rams in 2021, the same year he and Sluss first got together.
The influencer, who first rose to fame in 2020 as a contestant on Peter Weber’s season of “The Bachelor,” celebrated Funk in February 2022 when the Rams defeated the Bengals in Super Bowl LVI.
Veterans report to Lions camp on July 23 with the Giants hosting Detroit in their preseason opener on Aug. 8.
