WWE’s biggest event of the summer is getting even bigger this year.

For the first time, WWE SummerSlam will take place over two nights, with 12 matches scheduled. Nine of those matches will be for a title, including tomorrow night’s main event, a rematch between John Cena vs. Cody Rhodes.

Tonight will feature six matches, including three title fights and three tag-team battles. The WWE Women’s Championship belt is up for grabs with Tiffany Stratton defending against Jade Cargill. CM Punk will take on current titleholder Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Country singer Jelly Roll is also set to make his WWE debut alongside Randy Orton; they’ll face Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul. The entire evening will be hosted by celebrity WWE fan Cardi B.

Here’s everything you need to know to tune in to night one of this supersized SummerSlam.

Night one of SummerSlam 2025 will begin at 6 p.m. ET. tonight, Aug. 2. A pre-show broadcast kicks off at 3 p.m. ET on Peacock.

WWE SummerSlam is exclusive to Peacock in the United States, so you’ll need a subscription to watch it. Peacock currently costs $10.99/month with ads and $16.99/month ad-free. The streamer also offers discounted annual plans, which are either $109.99 with ads or $169.99 ad-free.

Unfortunately, Peacock does not have a free trial, so a paid subscription is the only way to stream SummerSlam.
