It’s Week 10 of the 2023-24 NFL season, and it’s kicking off with the Carolina Panthers (1-7) visiting the Chicago Bears (2-7) for some Thursday Night Football action.
Both teams are entering tonight’s game after losses last Sunday, so one of them will snap a losing streak with a win in tonight’s game. The last time the two teams met was in October 2020; the Bears won that game 23-16.

D.J. Moore will be facing the Panthers for the first time since he was traded to Chicago for the first pick in the 2023 Draft back in March. He’s currently the Bears’ top receiver on a team that’s consistently plagued with passing game issues.
The Bears will be without a few key players tonight; backup QB Tyson Bagent will likely make another start in place of Justin Fields, whose dislocated thumb may keep him out for the fourth week in a row. Two more starters, Nate Davis and Tremaine Edmunds, have been ruled out tonight, but a few players who were listed as questionable going into tonight practiced and may play tonight.
The Panthers are also dealing with some injuries. Pass rusher Brian Burns will sit tonight due to a concussion and elbow injury.
