Week 4 of the 2023-24 NFL season kicks off tonight with another edition of Thursday Night Football on Prime Video.

Tonight, September 28, the streamer will present a rivalry game between NFC North rivals, the Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers.

Heading into Week 4, both teams have identical 2-1 records and sit tied at the top of their division (while the other two teams in the NFC North are tied for last with 0-3 records). The winner of tonight’s tilt will take sole possession of the first place slot, at least for the week.

Prime Video’s pregame coverage begins at 7:00 p.m. ET before an 8:15 p.m. kickoff.

The longtime midwestern rivals will meet at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, WI.

The last time these teams met, the Lions won with a score of 20-16. Detroit also has the edge in today’s game, per the NFL’s statistics. The Lions offense is ranked 8th in the league to the Packers’ 22nd; they’re alos ranked 11th in both defense and rushing, and 7th in passing.

ESPN reports that despite the Lions being favored in today’s matchup (for only the third time ever at Lambeau), the Packers will likely gain some momentum from the probable returns of running back Aaron Jones (hamstring) and wide receiver Christian Watson (hamstring).
