It hasn’t been a week since the Oklahoma City Thunder won the 2025 NBA Finals, but the league is already looking toward the future.
The 2025 NBA Draft begins tonight, and the Dallas Mavericks, who entered the draft lottery with a 1.8% chance of winning, landed the first overall pick. They’ll likely select Duke University’s Cooper Flagg with the pick.

Other prospects expected to get drafted high up in the first round include Dylan Harper, VJ Edgecombe, Kon Knueppel, Tre Johnson, and Rutgers University’s Ace Bailey, who has yet to meet with a single team ahead of tonight’s draft.
Below, we’ve outlined everything you need to know to tune into both days of the NBA draft, from channels to times.
The first round of the NBA Draft is tonight, June 25, at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN and ABC. Round 2 of the NBA Draft is June 26 at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.
If you don’t have cable or a TV antenna, you’ll need a live TV streaming service to stream the Travelers Championship for free. One option we love is Hulu + Live TV, which comes with three days free and starts at $82.99/month after. The Hulu + Live TV base plan includes USA and NBC, where the tournament is airing across four days.
