NextImg:How to watch Team USA gymnastics for free in 2024 Olympics team final

Early in the women’s gymnastics qualifiers at the 2024 Olympics, Team USA star Simone Biles tweaked her calf during a warm-up. Despite her injury, she’ll be competing today to become the most decorated US gymnastics Olympian of all time.

Biles, the seven-time medalist, will compete alongside Jordan Chiles, current reigning all-around champ Sunisa Lee, and current reigning floor exercise gold medalist Jade Carey in today’s team finals. Fifth teammate Hezly Rivera will stand by, but because she competed in qualifiers, she’ll receive a medal if the team finishes in one of the top three spots.

Team USA finished first overall in the qualifiers, putting them in a prime position to take the gold today.

Below, we put together a handy guide on when to tune into the team final today, plus how you can watch it for free and when you’ll be able to see Team USA compete again.

Team USA competes in the women’s gymnastics team final at 12:15 p.m. ET today, July 30. The team final airs on NBC if you have cable.

If you want to watch the US women in the gymnastics team final for free, consider one of these two live TV streaming services that offer free trials and carry NBC.

If you stagger your subscriptions and do both, you’ll get eight days total free — enough to watch the rest of the gymnastics meet, which ends on August 5.

The official streaming home of the 2024 Olympics is Peacock, the streaming service from NBCUniversal. This year, Peacock is broadcasting over 5,000 hours of live coverage, which includes all 329 medal events, every single event leading up to them, and enhancements like Gold Zone and multi-view.

Peacock costs $7.99/month with ads and $13.99/month without ads, and since the Olympics wrap up on August 11, you’ll only need one month to watch the entire 2024 Games.

At the team final, three gymnasts will compete on each apparatus and all three scores will count toward the team total.
