The Mets’ and Astros’ second game of the 2025 MLB season will be featured as one of two premiere games in Apple TV+’s fourth annual Friday Night Baseball series.

The teams faced off yesterday afternoon on Opening Day, and despite a glimmer of hope with the tying run on base in the 9th inning, the Astros won the game 3-1.

Tonight, the Mets will start Tylor Megill on the mound, while Hunter Brown starts for Houston. Megill went 4-5 last season with a 4.04 earned run average. Brown saw more action on the mound, finishing the season with an 11-9 record and a 3.49 ERA.

Tonight’s Friday Night Baseball is exclusive to Apple TV+, but fear not: It’s easy and free to subscribe and tune in.

The Mets and Astros play tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET.

The Mets game tonight, March 28, will be exclusively on Apple TV+
