It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown

Who doesn’t love the Halloween season? Candy and horror movies are truly an unbeatable combination. While many streamers like to kick back and unwind with a scary movie, one of my favorite October traditions is watching the seasonal classic It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.

Charles Schulz’s beloved holiday special centers on Linus as he awaits the arrival of the elusive Great Pumpkin. Filled with a plethora of memorable moments and unforgettable quotes (“There are three things I’ve learned never to discuss with people: religion, politics, and the Great Pumpkin”), the cozy film is a rewatchable Halloween staple.

“I got five pieces of candy! I got a chocolate bar! I got a quarter! I got a rock.”

Here’s how to watch It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown online.

Sadly, the special won’t be broadcast on TV this year. It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown used to air on ABC (and PBS) but now it’s only available on Apple TV+.

It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown is available to stream on Apple TV+. Available for $6.99/month, you can watch on the Apple TV app, popular smart TVs, AirPlay-enabled TVs with the Apple TV app, or you can stream online at tv.apple.com.

The service offers a seven-day free trial for new and eligible subscribers.

Thankfully, you don’t need an Apple TV+ subscription to watch It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown! Just like last year, you’ll be able to stream the special for a limited time without a subscription.

Apple is making the popular special free to watch on Apple TV+ from Saturday, October 21 through Sunday, October 22.
