Jaxson Dart will make his primetime debut tonight when the Giants meet the Philadelphia Eagles under the lights for Thursday Night Football.
Both teams are entering Week 6 hoping to rebound from losses in Week 5.
The Eagles, previously unbeaten, suffered their first loss of the season against the Denver Broncos, who came back from a 14-point deficit in the fourth quarter to win 21-17. The Giants started off strong against the Saints last weekend, but the offense stalled in the second half and they ultimately lost, 14-26.
In addition to appearing on Prime Video in tonight’s TNF, a new Amazon Original documentary “SAQUON” is now streaming on the service as well. The doc started as video diary five years ago as Saquon Barkley recovered from a torn ACL continued, but the cameras continued to roll, documenting Barkley’s family life, his time with the Giants, and ultimately, his record breaking year and Super Bowl win with the Eagles.
The Eagles are 10-1 in their last 11 Thursday Night starts, while the Giants have lost their last 10 TNF matchups.
