NextImg:How to watch Dodgers vs. Phillies NLDS Game 4 for free: Time, livestream

The Philadelphia Phillies held off being swept by the defending World Series champions, but the Los Angeles Dodgers have another opportunity to end the Phillies’ season tonight.

In yesterday’s Game 3, the Phillies avoided the sweep thanks, in part, to two big home runs from Kyle Schwarber, one of which went 455 feet, outside the stadium. After a three-run fourth inning, the Phillies added five more in the eighth inning to make the final score 8-1.

Six of the Phillies’ 12 hits in Game 3 came off Clayton Kershaw, who made his first postseason relief appearance since 2019 and will retire at the end of the postseason.

Dodgers vs. Phillies, game 4: what to know

If the Phillies win tonight’s game, the series will head back to Philadelphia for a winner-takes-all Game 5 on Saturday.

Here’s how to tune in to Game 4 of the NL Divisional Series between the Dodgers and the Phillies without cable.

Dodgers vs. Phillies is scheduled to begin at 6:08 p.m. ET/3:08 p.m. PT tonight, Oct. 9.

If you don’t have cable, you’ll need a live TV streaming service to stream TBS for free. One option we love is DIRECTV, which comes with a five-day free trial and starts at $59.99/month for genre packs, with plenty of subscription options and genre packs that include TBS.

If you aren’t ready to commit to a full-on subscription, you can try a Sling Orange Day Pass. Priced at $4.99, you’ll get 24 hours of access to all Sling TV Orange has to offer, including TBS.

Tyler Glasnow will be on the mound for the Dodgers. Glasnow didn’t pitch in the postseason last year due to an injury, and with only one relief appearance during this year’s postseason so far, he’ll make his first postseason start as a Dodger. In the regular season, he started 18 games and went 4-3 with a 3.19 ERA.

The Phillies will start Cristopher Sánchez, who also started Game 1. In that start, he allowed two runs off four hits over 5 2/3 innings while striking out eight. During the regular season, he went 13-5 with a 2.50 ERA.
