The game we’ve all been waiting for is finally almost here.
On Sunday, Feb. 11, the reigning champion Kansas City Chiefs will take on the NFC’s number-one seeded San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl 58 at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium.
No, you’re not experiencing déjà vu; the two powerhouse franchises met in the big game back in 2020. As you may recall, Kansas City walked away with a 31-20 victory in that go-round.
This time, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and co. are entering the NFL’s championship contest having handily defeated the mighty Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship, 17-10.
As for Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey and San Fran’s squad, they staged a shocking 27-7 second half comeback against the upstart Detroit Lions to advance to football’s last dance.
“Just the feeling of redemption, coming back, it’s huge,” Purdy said after the game. “To see the clock hit zero and you’re up, it was special to all of us.”
It’s not over yet, though.
If you want to be there to witness who will be crowned come Super Bowl Sunday — as well as catch a halftime performance by Usher and a likely appearance by Chiefs super fan Taylor Swift — it isn’t too late to grab tickets.
As expected, they’re not cheap.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on tickets was $6653 before fees on Vivid Seats.
Lower-level seats start at $8342 before fees.

Over the course of their franchise histories, the Chiefs are 7-7 all-time against the 49ers.
Their last meeting — before Super Bowl 54 as noted above — was in October 2022; Kansas City ran away with a 44-23 victory in that regular season contest.
This year, the 49ers went 12-5 catapulting them to the playoffs for the third consecutive season. They had a whopping eight players named to the Pro Bowl — quarterback Brock Purdy, running back Christian McCaffrey, fullback Kyle Juszczyk, tight end George Kittle, offensive tackle Trent Williams, defensive end Nick Bosa, defensive lineman Javon Hargrave, linebacker Fred Warner and cornerback Charvarius Ward.
As for the 11-6 AFC West champs Chiefs, they had a season full of high profile ups, downs, Taylor Swift cutaways and Jason Kelce touchdown dances. Still, Andy Reid’s squad never wavered and kept winning. They’ll be represented in the 2024 Pro Bowl by quarterback Patrick Mahomes, tight end Travis Kelce, guard Joe Thuney, center Creed Humphrey and interior lineman Chris Jones.

This year’s halftime show will see ’00s hitmaker Usher taking center stage.
“It’s an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list, the “Yeah” singer shared. “I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before.”
“We’re gonna celebrate through dance, through skate, through celebration,” he added on CBS Mornings.
“I am not coming to disappoint.”
While we can’t guarantee what he’ll bring to the stage, it’s likely the eight-time Grammy winner performs “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love,” “My Boo,” “OMG,” “U Remind Me,” “Love In This Club” and more.
Other than Sean Stellato — Jets’ quarterback Tommy DeVito’s headline grabbing agent — Taylor Swift attending NFL games was one of the biggest stories of the 2023 season.
And while we can’t confirm or deny whether she’ll be at the game, it’s likely you can find her in a luxury box alongside the Kelce family.
The only reason she wouldn’t be is because of the quick turnaround time she would have jet setting from a Feb. 10 performance at Japan’s Tokyo Dome.
Ian Rappaport from the NFL Network seems to think so.
“Let me introduce you to something called the international date line,” he shared on X (formerly Twitter).
“Tokyo is 17 hours ahead. That means, this concert on Feb. 10 at 6 p.m. starts at 1 a.m. Vegas-time [Pacific Time] the same day, so the morning before, essentially. Let’s say it’s a five-hour concert, ends about 11 p.m. local, which is 6 a.m. — remember, still Saturday in Las Vegas — figure a 12-hour flight, maybe she leaves about an hour later, Taylor Swift could still get to the Super Bowl to Vegas about 7 or 8 p.m. Saturday night, just in time to party.”
If you’d like to see Taylor Swift perform live this year — instead of watching the festivities from the sidelines — you can find her complete 2024 tour calendar including all U.S. and international concert dates here.
Leading up to the big game, there will be plenty of entertainment options in Sin City.
On Saturday, Feb. 10 — aka Super Bowl Eve — the highly anticipated annual MAXIM Casino Royale Experience is dropping into Resorts World Las Vegas and bringing 50 Cent, 21 Savage and more to celebrate.
Other exciting options include U2’s Sphere residency, Wu-Tang Clan concerts and Shaq’s Fun House.
According to the NY Post, “the 49ers are the +100 favorite with the Chiefs having -120 odds.”
If you’re planning on watching the 49ers and Chiefs go head to head on TV, you’ll want to tune into CBS or Nickelodeon (for a toonified version of the game) to catch the action.
The game will also stream on Paramount+, CBS.com and CBS Sports apps.
In addition to the big game, many huge artists will also be swooping into the Entertainment Capital of the World these next few months.
Here are just five of our favorites you won’t want to miss live.
• U2
• Adele
• Phish
