A worried family is pleading for the public’s help to find a 21-year-old mother-of-one who left her Houston, Texas, workplace with an unidentified man.

Deundrea Ford was last seen leaving the Diva’s Bikini Sports Bar & Grill in the early morning hours of September 22 and getting into a white van with a man she had been seen talking to at the establishment.

Surveillance footage caught the van driving away from the bar at around 2:30 a.m., according to the Houston Police Department.

Ford called a friend about half an hour earlier, but they were asleep and did not get the call.

“The next morning she saw she had a missed call from [Ford], but she couldn’t get in touch with her,” the missing bar worker’s grandmother, Bridgette Carrierre, told the Houston Chronicle.

“If they have her phone, they turned off her location.”

Family members realized something was wrong after Ford went days without contacting her 4-year-old son. She had been staying with a friend for the week but is not known to disappear for days without contacting anyone, according to family.

“I’m confident that something’s not right,” her uncle, Kevin Carriere, told KHOU

“This is not her normal behavior.”

The family said they went back to the bar Ford had started working at just weeks before, and were able to view the surveillance footage.

They were also able to obtain the address of the man she had left with, Bridgette told the Chronicle, though it is unclear how they were able to obtain that information.

But when they knocked on the door, Bridgette said, there was no answer.

“We ended up calling the police,” she said.

Ford is described as a Black woman with brown eyes and black hair. She is about 5’4” tall and weighs about 170 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a black tank top and tan pants, according to Houston police.

Authorities are now asking anyone with information to call the Houston Police Department at (832) 394 – 1840.
