


Slain NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller can be seen writhing and screaming in pain just seconds after he was shot in the stomach by an alleged career criminal while on the job in Queens, disturbing surveillance footage shows.
Three gunshots can be heard echoing down the relatively quiet Far Rockaway street as Diller, 31, suddenly stumbles and appears to collapse behind a parked dark gray Kia Soul, according to the footage shared Wednesday by the Instagram account @ny_scoop.
Another officer appears to try to help Diller – who is screaming and occasionally moaning what sounds like “Oh, God!”

A third officer yanks a man outside the streetside door of the Kia, and yells at him to “get on the f–ing floor” before putting him in handcuffs.

Diller, who was shot in the stomach under his protective vest, was pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital.
The alleged shooter, ex-con Guy Rivera, was shot in the back when Diller’s partner fired two return shots. He was still hospitalized Wednesday.
