Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton received a standing ovation – cheers that appeared louder than they were for Vice President Kamala Harris – at the Democratic National Convention on Monday.
After the roughly 1.5-minute long ovation, Clinton, 76, thanked President Biden, leading to chants of “Thank you, Joe.”
“Thank you Joe Biden for your lifetime of service and leadership. Now we are a new chapter,” Clinton said.
