She’s coming clean … about her health regimen.

Hilary Duff admitted that she often follows Gwyneth Paltrow’s controversial “starvation” diet.

“Sometimes I try to — you know, Gwyneth’s in trouble for saying this — but sometimes I try to just drink coffee in the morning and starve off my hunger,” the “Lizzie McGuire” alum, 35, told Molly Sims in Tuesday’s episode of the model’s “Lipstick on the Rim” podcast, noting that she “wake[s] up really hungry.”

The actress and singer explained that she’s “obsessed with those cauliflower rounds,” which she described as “super clean,” and said she likes to crisp them up in the air fryer.

Duff added that she usually tops them off with egg salad, a fried egg, avocado or vegan sausage. She enjoys overnight oats as well.

The mother of three made sure to point out that she also consumes “lots of calories” while making her kids’ lunches.

“If we’re being honest, yeah, I eat a chicken nugget in the morning while I’m packing lunches and there’s one left over,” she confessed. “Pop it down the hatch!”

In terms of physical activity, the “How I Met Your Father” star shared that she works out with a trainer and focusses on high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Paltrow made headlines in March for disclosing her daily wellness routine, which horrified fans, fellow celebrities and medical professionals alike.

With an IV in her arm, the Goop founder explained on the “Art of Being Well” podcast that she fancies “a nice intermittent fast.”

She begins her day with coffee, as it “won’t spike [her] blood sugar,” and abstains from eating until about noon.

The actress, 50, went on to say that she loves soup and has “bone broth for lunch a lot the days.”

The Oscar winner follows up the light fare with “one hour of movement” in the form of a walk, Pilates or a Tracy Anderson workout.

Social media users were quick to condemn the mega-famous star — not only for her “starvation diet,” but also her decision to broadcast it publicly.

“What is she detoxing from if she doesn’t eat?” one of many critics wondered, as another called her “the mother of all almond moms,” which refers to parents who push disordered eating habits onto their children.

Following the backlash, Paltrow doubled down on her lifestyle and offered an explanation, saying she suffers from “long COVID” and “very high levels of inflammation.”

According to the self-proclaimed wellness guru, her diet includes “lots of cooked vegetables,” “all kinds of protein” and “healthy carbs” to combat the inflammation.

Though she claims her eating plan is “working really well” for her, she insists her “transparent” interview about it was “not meant to be advice for anyone else.”
