Heroes, zeros and the full blitz from the Mets’ Game 2 win over the Dodgers on Monday:

Mark Vientos used the intentional walk as inspiration.

After seeing the Dodgers purposely put Francisco Lindor on first base, the third baseman blasted a grand slam that provided all the scoring the Mets would need.

Ryan Brasier halted the Dodgers’ scoreless-inning streak, but Landon Knack ended most of their hopes of stealing the game.

The Dodgers’ expected bulk reliever lasted just two innings in which he let up five runs, including the Vientos grand slam.

Phil Maton, Ryne Stanek and Edwin Diaz (right) strung together four innings in which they were not charged with a run, each inheriting a jam and each navigating his way out.

The Dodgers’ 1-through-5 hitters went a combined 0-for-19 at the plate.
