NextImg:Here’s why I’m using this waterproof speaker every time I host a party!

TL;DR: My last speaker was inexpensive, but it didn’t come with the waterproofing, all-day battery, and crisp 360° HD sound that this $51.99 (reg. $79) TREBLAB Bluetooth speaker has.

Let me paint the picture: I threw a little summer soirée on my rooftop a few weeks ago. It was nothing crazy, but I had a few friends come by and had the drinks flowing along with some vibey tunes (Fred again, anyone?) to top it off. Unfortunately, my friend Ted (a notorious klutz) bumped into my old speaker, dropped it, and spilled his seltzer all over it.

I’ve always thought that a “good enough” speaker would suffice for any event — my old speaker’s audio was not that laggy! — but after this party, I realized that investing more than $15 into a speaker would save me in more ways than one.

My old speaker’s unfortunate demise led me to the TREBLAB HD77 speaker. At $51.99, it’s a little higher than the previous speaker I bought from Marshall’s, but I saved over 30% on it since it’s typically $79!

I’ll be honest: I don’t believe in investing in speakers since I don’t host all that often. However, the TREBLAB HD77 convinced me, showing me that spending a little more on a nice speaker has so many more benefits.

The other day, I had a few people over for happy hour (who doesn’t love seeing a blush sky against the Empire State Building?), and pulled out this baby. Everyone was absolutely obsessing over the TREBLAB, asking me if I’d bought a Sonos or Bose since its 360° HD sound was incredible. I’m not going to brag, but listening to Brat in HD quality was mind-blowing.

Unfortunately, our good times weren’t meant to last. Summer showers came down hard and quick after an hour of hanging on the rooftop, and we all scurried (like the subway rats!) back into shelter. It was only when we all crowded back into my apartment that I asked, “Where’s the speaker?” and had to rush up to save it from the rain.

Thank goodness that the TREBLAB speaker has IPX6 waterproofing, because that NYC rain was seriously coming down. I was prepared to try to turn it on and see no signs of life, but it immediately reconnected to my phone and was playing my Spotify from where we left off as if nothing happened!

It’s safe to say that I’ll never have to buy another speaker again. I have to recommend grabbing the TREBLAB HD77 wireless Bluetooth speaker, whether you’re throwing a party or dancing while cleaning your apartment, especially since it’s priced at $51.99 (reg. $79)!
