To ring in their 100th NFL season, the New York Giants are taking a trip to Germany.
On Sunday, Nov. 10, Daniel Jones and the Big Blue will take on Bryce Young’s Carolina Panthers at Munich’s Allianz Arena in Week 10 of the NFL season.
This will be the Giants’ fourth overseas foray; as of now, they’re undefeated in Europe having won games in 2007, 2016 and 2022. All three of those contests were in London, the Nov. 10 matchup will be their first-ever regular season game in Germany.
Both teams are likely hoping to improve on rough 2023 seasons. New York slid back from a 2022 playoff berth to go 6-11; Carolina went 2-15, notching them the worst record in the NFL.
To make sure they don’t have a repeat of last year, the Giants and Panthers shored up their rosters with big signings and draft picks over the offseason.
The Giants picked up pass rusher Brian Burns, signed wide receiver Allen Robinson and drafted wideout Malik Nabers.
As for the Panthers, they added inside linebacker Josey Jewell, cornerback Dane Jackson and safety Jordan Fuller. They also grabbed first-round draft pick Xavier Legette with the 32nd pick.
