Heather Locklear is raising eyebrows again.
The “Melrose Place” alum’s face appeared swollen as she ran around Calabasas, Calif., Thursday afternoon for a few errands.
Locklear, 61, was photographed coming out of an unmarked building before she immediately noticed paparazzi and attempted to shield her face with her hand.
For the outing, the actress rocked an off-the-shoulder sweater with massive leopard-print lips on the front. She completed the look with black pants, black flats and a monogrammed Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag.
Last July, the “Dynasty” star sparked concern as she was spotted acting erratically outside a medical center in Malibu, Calif.
She was snapped scaling the ledge of the building and holding onto pillars for support as she she snaked her way around the office to avoid falling into the dumpster and parking lot below.
Locklear then spent nearly an hour sitting on the steps, apparently muttering to herself.
An insider told Page Six that despite the troubling behavior, Locklear is “feeling good” and “totally lucid,” adding that she had received some “upsetting news.”

“She was definitely upset,” the source explained, adding that Locklear is “most definitely not drinking” and insinuations that she is are upsetting and “super hurtful.”
The Golden Globe nominee has struggled with sobriety in the past.
In fact, she ended up being put on a psychiatric hold in November 2018 when her therapist determined she was undergoing a mental breakdown after being arrested for battery of a police officer.
In 2019, a source told People that Locklear was living in an in-patient facility and had allegedly “been to rehab more than 20 times, perhaps 25 times.”
The actress looked happy and healthy days after her strange behavior outside an office building as she strolled through a Farmers Market with fiancé and high school sweetheart Chris Heisser.
In 2020, the former motocross racer proposed to Locklear. However, it doesn’t appear they are in a rush to tie the knot.
“I’m like, ‘You’re my man for the rest of my life, whether we get married or not,’” Locklear told People in 2021. “[A wedding] is so not important. We’re together, and we love each other and support each other. And really that’s all that matters.”
Locklear shares daughter Ava Sambora with guitarist Richie Sambora, whom she was married to from 1994 until 2007. Prior to that, she was married to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee from 1986 until 1993.
