Move aside, Janet Jackson.
The Atlanta Hawks have a playoff game to play.
After a shocking comeback win over the Boston Celtics in Game 5 on Tuesday, the Hawks are pushing back the pop star’s concert in Atlanta a day later after State Farm Arena double-booked for Thursday evening.
Jackson’s show, one of two in the city this week, is now rescheduled for Friday night.
The concert is part of Jackson’s nationwide “Together Again,” tour with Ludacris.
The four-time Grammy winner’s last tour was 2019’s “Special 30th Anniversary Celebration of Rhythm Nation.”
For most of Tuesday’s game, it looked like Jackson’s concert would go on.
After trailing by as much as 13 in the middle of the fourth quarter, Trae Young drained a go-ahead 3-pointer with 2.8 seconds left to help the No. 7 seeded Hawks to take down the No. 2 Celtics 119-117 and force a Game 6.
Young, who scored 16 of his 38 total points in the final period, was unapologetic about his team’s surprising win and subsequent concert cancellation.
“..sorry not sorry to this LEGEND..,” Young wrote in a tweet. “Hope she can be at the game now!”
Atlanta has been the underdog in every game of the series thus far, including a whopping 12-point underdog on Tuesday.
