Haley and Hanna Cavinder are staying close to the game following their memorable March Madness run – and “simping” over some professional athletes along the way.

The twin sisters and social media sensations — who play for the Miami Hurricanes women’s basketball team — took in a Phoenix Suns game Thursday with a friend as they continue to enjoy the offseason in Arizona with their family.

Haley and Hanna’s joint Instagram account reposted a selfie and a video from the Footprint Center, where the Suns topped the Nuggets, 119-115.

The siblings ignited a buzz on TikTok while at the game, as a video on their page — which boasts 4.5 million followers — alluded to Haley gushing over a player.

“When my sister starts simping over a professional athlete,” Hanna wrote over the video, which showed her pointing at the court from her seat.

“He’s not the love of your life,” Hanna can also be seen mouthing to a voice recording.

“He’s literally just a guy. Hit him with your car.”

The Cavinders’ night out comes a short time after the Hurricanes lost to the now-national champion LSU Tigers in the Elite Eight of the NCAA tournament.

The 22-year-old sisters shared on social media at the time that they were traveling to Arizona after the tournament, where they’ve been sharing videos and photos with family and friends.

The senior guards, who transferred from Fresno State to Miami in April 2022, garnered attention during the 2023 NCAA tournament with their trash talk and TikTok videos.

Miami’s triumphant run — which included a stunning upset over the top-seeded Indiana Hoosiers in the second round — came a few weeks after the Cavinder twins were linked to the program being sanctioned by the NCAA in the governing body’s first NIL infractions ruling.

An NCAA investigation determined that a meeting between the siblings and prominent Hurricanes booster John Ruiz, which took place at his Miami home with their parents, was in violation of recruiting rules.

Haley and Hanna were not disciplined by the NCAA.

The sisters are two of the highest-paid college athletes, having earned an estimated seven figures in NIL deals since the NCAA rule change in 2021, which enables student-athletes to profit from their name, image, and likeness.

Haley and Hanna rose to internet fame during the COVID-19 pandemic with their dancing videos on TikTok.

Now, they have multiple partnerships with brands such as Victoria’s Secret and Revolve.

The sisters signed a NIL deal with the WWE in December 2021 and launched a podcast in December 2022.

As for what’s next for Haley and Hanna?

The sisters have the option to return to Miami to play next year — and while Haley has committed to the ‘Canes in 2024, Hanna has said she is undecided.
