Thousands flooded DC on Saturday for the inaugural Gender Liberation March — including a “performance artist” who did a sexually explicit dance on the hood of a cop car as a little girl and hapless officers looked on, viral video shows.

The marchers danced in the streets, waved flags and chanted in support of a range of causes, from abortion access to gender-affirming care for transgender youth, and listened to speeches delivered by LGBTQ icons such as actor Elliot Page and “The Dads” documentarian Stephen Chukumba in the nation’s capital.

Just off the marching route, in full view of the teeming masses, a person in knee-high boots and leather underwear — complete with a studded codpiece and fishnet top that fully exposed their breasts — put on a sideshow, gyrating on the hood of a police car and twerking while blaring Michael Jackson’s “They Don’t Care About Us” through a speaker she was toting strapped to a dolly cart.

The group of marchers passing by in the background included at least one young girl who can be seen gawking at the devil-horn-wearing, crucifix-licking dancer from the sidewalk.

Brightly colored signs on the speaker identify the lewd dancer as “Qween Amor,” a self-described “performance artist” who has previously put on similar displays atop a police vehicle, including an NYPD car.

As Amor strutted and danced around the marked DC car, the camera pans to show its occupants: two uniformed city cops sitting stoically and registering absolutely no emotion.

The audience let up a cheer as Amor concluded the provocative display, during which they alternated between riling up the crowd and staring directly at the officers.

Amor’s TikTok is filled with videos of stunt activism, such as standing topless in Times Square drenched in fake blood and attached to a crucifix while screaming, “F–k America!”

Amor, reached by email by The Post inquiring what specific political message her cop-car dancing intended to convey and whether she was aware children were present for her display, replied, “F–k off.”
