Don’t expect this star to look 50 forever.

Gwyneth Paltrow shared some of her beauty secrets with British Vogue on Monday, and along with dishing on oil pulling and her latest Goop products, the actress got candid about her thoughts on getting older.

“I think it’s culture’s problem,” she said, reflecting on the idea that men are seen as silver foxes while women are judged for looking their age.

“As women, we want to be healthy, we want to be aging,” Paltrow told the mag. “This idea that we’re supposed to be frozen in time is so weird.”

The lifestyle guru continued that she admired stars who are “embracing” their age, citing Andie MacDowell and “her beautiful gray curls” as an example.

“It’s handsome to go gray [as a man], but for women it’s like, ‘What do you plan to do about your wrinkles and your aging skin?'” Paltrow said, adding, “there’s definitely a double standard.”

While the mom of two appreciates seeing “examples of how you can age,” she said that no one should be shamed for their choices — noting that some people want to get plastic surgery and others would prefer “to be a fabulous French grandmother who doesn’t ever do anything.”

“Everybody should be empowered to do it how they want to,” she added.

As for her own routine, the “Shallow Hal” actress said she starts her morning with “Ayurvedic oil pulling and tongue scraping” before brushing her teeth and meditating with her husband, Brad Falchuk, 52.

“I think the most important thing is how you take care of your body, from a nutritional and strength aspect,” she told British Vogue. “These things don’t only impact the way that you look as you age, but how you feel as you age.”

“I don’t really wear makeup,” Paltrow said. “If I’m going somewhere and I don’t have someone doing my makeup then I’ll do something very sheer.”

When it comes to fitness, Paltrow is “still a Tracy Anderson girl all these years later,” and also said she takes plenty of walks.

While her beauty routine is simple — she doesn’t “really wear makeup” — the “Shakespeare in Love” star told British Vogue that she appreciates Ilia’s Super Serum Skin Tint ($48) and Goop’s tinted lip balms ($48 for a set of three).

“I don’t want to erase time from the life I’ve lived, and I don’t have to be wrinkle free,” she said, going on to praise Goop’s Youth Boost Peptide Serum ($150) as a non-invasive option.

However, Paltrow is certainly not above injectables as the actress served as a spokeswoman for Botox-adjacent anti-wrinkle injectable Xeomin.

At the end of the day, Paltrow said having a full mind/body approach is key, explaining, “your mental state, your nutritional state and your levels of exercise all really do impact your quote-unquote beauty.”
