NextImg:Grout, you’re canceled: 63% off Steamify steam cleaner — early Prime Day deal

There’s only one place where filth is acceptable in one’s home (wink, wink). Other places, like your bathroom or sitting areas? No. Just…no.

While I’m not a clean freak, I’ve never understood folks who are unbothered by showering in a place with mildew and soap scum caked in the corner. Like, Hello (insert Cardi B meme), are you seeing what I’m seeing?

But, really, are you seeing what I’m seeing? Because the title of this story says it all: 63% off the Steamify Pressurized Steam Cleaner, one of the best Amazon early Prime Day deals I’ve spotted thus far.

While the retailer recently announced the dates of its Prime Big Deal Days (Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 12:01 a.m. PT through Wednesday, Oct. 9), you don’t have to wait to save if you’re a Prime member. There are hundreds of deals already live, and this steam cleaner is one I’ve just nabbed.

Amazon

Using 1050 watts of power, the Steamify Pressurized Steam Cleaner rapidly heats water (230°F in 15 minutes or less) to remove gunk and grime living rent-free between your bathroom tiles. Since it only uses water, it’s economical and eco-friendly, removing the need for smelly chemical solutions. The handheld machine is compact for easy storage and use, plus it comes with 10 accessories, including an angled nozzle, brush nozzle, bendable extension, and a rubber wiper for windows and doors.

Another selling point? The fact that the cleaner works on upholstery! Oh, yes, now my seating can be purged of the dirt that has guests thinking they’re beige when they’re actually white.

The Steamify Pressurized Steam Cleaner can also be used to clean your grill, shower curtain, car — basically anything in your home that’s giving you the ick.

“I was able to degrease a kitchen exhaust fan and tile grout with its power,” one happy customer shared on Amazon, while another uploaded photos to show how effectively the steamer removed the grease from their stove top and hood vent.

If you have kids or pets, know that the steamer has a built-in security lock as a safety precaution, and if you absolutely hate it (I seriously doubt you will), it’s eligible for a free 30-day refund or replacement.

More than 2,000 people have grabbed this deal already, including me.

I never thought I’d be excited about a grout cleaner, but here I am. Holly J Coley

Is it the sexiest product? No, but saving 63% off anything is always hot in my book — almost as hot as having a squeaky, grime-free home.

This annual Amazon sale — which we like to call October Prime Day — is similar to the well-known July event: it’s a two-day blow out shopping event with deep discounts on bestsellers and everyday essentials. But the timing of this sale makes all the difference; shoppers can also score pre-Black Friday deals on top-rated toys and sell-out-risk gifts before the holiday rush.

Amazon’s fall Prime Day event only lasts two days. This sale starts on Tuesday October 7 at 12:01 a.m. PT and runs through Wednesday October 8 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Prime Big Deal Days 2025 ends on Wednesday October 8 at 11:59 p.m. PT, so east-coasters have until about 3 a.m. on October 9 their time to shop the deals.

Prime Big Deal Days is a member-exclusive sale event. Interested shoppers can grab a 30-day free trial to try Prime, and its many benefits, with no strings attached.

Already familiar with July Prime Day? Then you’ll love Amazon’s fall version! Like its summer spectacular sale, Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days offers major discounts for 48 hours, but with a bigger focus on holiday gifts, toys and tech to shop ahead of Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

From reporting on Amazon sales for years, we can tell you for certain that October Prime Day is the ideal period to stock up on household essentials, score great deals on gift-worthy items and toys, take advantage of Black Friday-level discounts on tech and appliances, refill your skincare empties, and comb through the massive catalog of Amazon best-sellers.

We certainly think so! October Prime Day is a great chance to score Black Friday-worthy deals on thousands of best-sellers, including everything from big-ticket tech to Post reader-favorite trash bags. Our team diligently sorts through all the offers to find you the very best items to grab on sale.

Already wondering when Amazon’s next Prime Day is? Prime Day takes place in July each year, so it’s safe to assume it will take place in mid-July 2026 — similar to previous years. Can’t wait to shop more Amazon deals? Look out for Amazon’s Black Friday sales to kick off the holiday season in November.
