Ja Morant’s season is done before it ever really got started.&nbsp;

The Grizzlies announced late Monday night that Morant was out for the season after he suffered a subluxation of his right shoulder during a training session on Saturday.&nbsp;

After an MRI exam was done on the Grizzlies star, it revealed an underlying labral tear.&nbsp;

Morant will undergo season-ending surgery and the team expects him to make a full recovery for next season.&nbsp;

He played in just nine games this season since returning from a league suspension.
