Google co-founder Sergey Brin quietly purchased a $35 million Malibu bachelor pad three months before he filed for divorce from his wife, attorney Nicole Shanahan.

Brin bought the six-bedroom, six-bathroom estate from the Nebraska-based businessman Steve Buchanan, Dirt reported.

A Point Dume midcentury-modern property, the tech mogul has been spending a significant amount of time in the area since 2020, when he and Shanahan bought a house elsewhere on Point Dume.

That property is vacant and boarded up as the ex-couple dukes it out in court.

The divorce was prompted by an alleged affair between Shanahan and Tesla CEO Elon Musk — a claim Musk has denied.

Brin routinely attends the annual Burning Man event, and last year he was spotted at at the launch of a mushroom e-commerce brand in Topanga Canyon.

According to the listing, his new perch is oceanfront with Catalina Island views.

Occupying over 6,100 square feet, the home features an open plan. The living room has a stone and metal fireplace wall. Adjacent is the kitchen, which has heated flagstone floors, an island, bar seating, a desk area, a butler’s pantry and an enormous built-in breakfast/dining nook.

On the same level is a media room with beverage and wine coolers, the previous listing notes.

The home’s upper floor features an ocean-view deck and a dedicated primary bedroom wing with a spa-like bathroom.

Outdoor amenities include a pool, a central patio and a multi-level deck. There are separate areas for al fresco dining, an outdoor living room, a barbecue area, a fire pit with built-in seating, lawns, and an outdoor shower and a gated stairway to the sandy beach at Dume Cove.
