Gisele Bündchen was seen checking in on the renovations of her new home in Miami, Fla., following her split from Tom Brady.

In photos exclusively obtained by Page Six, the Brazilian supermodel donned a white tank top and blue jeans as she arrived in her Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon to view the progress of the house with a designer on Friday.

She complemented the casual look with sandals and a blue handbag.

The visit to her property comes nearly 10 months after she and the retired NFL star announced their divorce in October 2022.

As Page Six previously reported, Bündchen, 43, quietly made the real estate purchase ahead of their announcement.

Bündchen’s home sits on a 18,400-square-foot waterfront plot. According to the property listing, it has 25-foot ceilings, numerous terraces and views of a wide waterway. It features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The $11.5 million mansion in Miami Beach is also within sight of her ex-husband’s home on Indian Creek Island.

“You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,” a source told us in November 2022.

The former couple, who share son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian Lake, 11, were married for 13 years before calling it quits.

While the two had a massive real estate portfolio to divide up, their “ironclad” prenuptial agreement made the dirty details much easier to navigate.

“There was an ironclad prenup set down before they married in 2009,” a source exclusively told Page Six in November 2022.

“They both have their own separate business entities, so the separation of their wealth wasn’t that complicated in the end. The only other major factor was dividing up their massive property portfolio.”

The properties divided in the split included a home in the Bahamas, another at the exclusive Yellowstone Club in Montana and a New York City apartment.

Bündchen also kept their home on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, where she often vacations.

Not long after the split, the supermodel was seen in Costa Rica with their two children and her personal trainer, Joaquim Valente, who she is rumored to be cozying up to.

Meanwhile, Brady, 46, has recently been exploring his romantic options since becoming a bachelor again.

The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback was spotted getting touchy-feely with model Irina Shayk last month after the two had a sleepover at his Los Angeles home.

“This is something new and, at the moment, it’s totally casual,” a source told us at the time.
