Grading the Giants’ 27-10 home win over the Eagles on Sunday.
Well, where has this been most of the season? Tyrod Taylor (23 of 32, 297 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT) was all over the field, scrambling for 38 yards, rolling out for better throwing angles. Tough guy. Amassing 415 total yards and holding the ball for nearly 33 minutes is winning stuff.
Saquon Barkley (18-46) did not get much going on the ground as far as yardage but he ran for two touchdowns and hauled in a 46-yard reception.
Wan’Dale Robinson (5-85) showed his burst on a 33-yard catch-and-run and then put on display his route-running on a 26-yard reception.
Nice to see Sterling Shepard (3-18) get some action in his final game in a Giants uniform. Darius Slayton (5-62) had a 19-yard TD. Shuffled offensive line allowed only two sacks.
Grade: B
This was a four-turnover mauling and a long-time coming against this opponent.
There were five sacks (two by Azeez Ojulari) of two Eagles quarterbacks and Jalen Hurts (7 of 16, 55 yards, 1 INT) was ineffective. Xavier McKinney had two interceptions, one off Hurts and one off Marcus Mariota.
Tremendous job by Nick McCloud punching the ball out on A.J. Brown in the first quarter, forcing a fumble that was recovered by Micah McFadden.
Dane Belton stormed on a blitz for a 14-yard sack of Hurts.
Bobby Okereke, finishing with a flourish, dragged down Hurts for a 12-yard sack late in the second quarter.
McFadden had an impressive pass breakup down the field on RB Boston Scott.
Grade: A
Mason Crosby hit field goals of 24 and 21 yards but smacked a 45-yard attempt off the left upright. Jamie Gillan late in the first quarter nailed a 55-yard punt that pinned the Eagles back on their 9-yard line.
Gillan averaged 45.6 yards on his five punts and put four of them down inside the Philly 20-yard line.
Gunner Olszewski continued to impress, with a 15-yard punt return in the second quarter.
The ever-hustling McFadden raced down on punt return for a tackle to pin the Eagles on their 19-yard line.
Grade: B +

No one can question whether Brian Daboll was able to keep his team playing hard in the final month. The execution often was lacking, but his team was on point in the season finale.
Daboll also made sure to get Shepard the targets he needed to move into the No. 5 spot on the franchise career receiving list, which resonates inside the locker room.
Nice play call by Mike Kafka on the 2-yard line, bringing Barkley in motion out of an empty backfield for a jet sweep TD.
There were plenty of blitzes called by Wink Martindale that kept Hurts on the run in the first half.
