Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler, who gets little respect, was 20-of-30 passing for 225 yards and a TD.

Most importantly, he didn’t turn the ball over. He did a good job of neutralizing the Giants pass rush with quick releases and short passes.

Saints receiver Rashid Shaheed changed the momentum of the game with his 87-yard TD reception, which cut the Giants lead to 14-13.

He finished with four receptions for 114 yards and the TD.

Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart was 26-of-40 passing for 202 yards with two INTs and a killer lost fumble.

Dart performed with poise early, producing two TD passes and a 14-3 lead, but he let the game get away from him and the team.

0 Sacks the Giants produced from their supposedly strong pass rush consisting of Brian Burns, Kayvon Thibodeaux, Dexter Lawrence II and Abdul Carter.

“Five turnovers to zero and you’re not gonna win in this league. I don’t know how many teams have ever won with a turnover ratio of 5-0.’’
