The Giants are bringing in a new signal-caller to their quarterback room. 

Big Blue is finalizing a deal to bring in former Browns quarterback Jameis Winston on a two-year, $8 million contract, according to multiple reports.

The team previously met with Winston this week after they brought in Russell Wilson and Joe Flacco for visits.

NFL Network reports that Winston is coming in a “backup deal” and it gives the team an option as they still pursue Aaron Rodgers.

The enigmatic Winston threw for 2,121 yards, 18 touchdowns and 16 interceptions last season with Cleveland.
