It didn’t take long for the Heat and Bucks to both lose stars to injuries in their playoff opener.

Milwaukee’s Giannis Antetokounmpo won’t return after suffering a lower back contusion in the first quarter of Game 1 of the Eastern Conference first-round series on Sunday in Milwaukee.

Heat guard Tyler Herro will also not be back and his availability for the rest of the series could be in jeopardy after breaking his right hand in the second quarter.

Antetokounmpo was injured when he landed hard on his back after colliding with Kevin Love on a drive.

The former MVP writhed in pain on the floor with his face down as he put his hand to his back.

A blocking foul was called on Love, and Antetokounmpo shot his two free throws and tried to continue.

He had six points and three rebounds in 11 minutes.

Herro broke his hand while diving for a loose ball in the final minute of the first half.

He went sliding onto the floor near midcourt and immediately ran to the right corner near the Miami bench — holding his right hand in pain.

Herro, who put up 12 points, even passed the ball and attempted a shot before finally exiting as the Heat led 68-55 at the break.

Antetokounmpo, who averaged 31.1 points, 11.8 rebounds and 5.7 assists this season, is one of the NBA’s biggest stars and a driving force for the Bucks on both ends.

Herro, who was last season’s Sixth Man of the Year, flourished as a starter in his fourth year by averaging 20.1 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.2 assists.
