Giancarlo Stanton was hard on himself Saturday for ending the game by hitting into a double play.

On Sunday, he was hard on the baseball.

The Yankees slugger crushed a mammoth 485-foot home run in the third inning against Giants right-hander Ross Stripling, clobbering the ball onto the deck above the batter’s eye in center field.

Stanton’s second blast of the season came off the bat at 117.8 mph, the two-run shot giving the Yankees a 3-0 lead two batters after Aaron Judge had also hit his second home run of the year.

The home run was the second-longest of Stanton’s career during the Statcast era (dating back to 2015), short of only the 504-foot shot he blistered in 2016.

Stanton, serving as the DH for the first time this season after starting the first two games in right field, swung at the first pitch Stripling threw him in the third inning, a slider near the bottom of the strike zone.

The Yankees went up 4-0 in the fourth on a solo home run from Kyle Higashioka.
