The Yankees are moving on in the playoffs — and their ace played a huge role in that.

Gerrit Cole allowed one run over seven innings, working around six hits to help the Yankees to a 3-1 Game 4 win over the Royals on Thursday night in Kansas City, propelling the Bronx Bombers into the ALCS.

The seven frames matched the longest he’s ever gone into a playoff start for the Yankees.

The bats helped him out immediately, after Gleyber Torres started the night with a double before Juan Soto drove him in one batter later with a single.

Torres and Giancarlo Stanton drove in the other two runs with singles in the third and fifth, respectively.

Clay Holmes shut down the door in the eighth before Luke Weaver locked up an ALCS spot with a scoreless ninth.

The Yankees now await the winner of the Guardians-Tigers series, which is now going to a Game 5.
