Garth Brooks has been accused of raping and battering a woman who claims she worked as his hairstylist and makeup artist.

The woman — “Jane Roe” — is suing the country star, 62, for sexual assault and battery, according to CNN.

The complaint, filed Thursday in California and obtained by the outlet, states the alleged incidents occurred in 2019.

In her filing, Roe claimed she was once raped by Brooks during a work trip.

Per CNN, Brooks previously denied his accuser’s allegations, though his reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on her new lawsuit.
